Imagine having the opportunity to spend time with your friends while we will take care of all the finishing touches ensuring that you have an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere. The party begins from the moment your guests arrive. You can count on an excellent team of professionally dressed wait staff to set up, welcome guests, hang coats, offer valet service, serve drinks, make sure your grandmother gets her favourite tea, serve each guest hors d'oeuvres, clean up, etc. so you can really enjoy yourself at your own party.

If you are looking for a larger sized event? We specialize in weddings, corporate events, holiday events, martini parties and cruises. Or, if you want a more intimate event, such as a romantic dinner at home or an unexpected guest is coming over for dinner - we can make sure your table is set, that the candles are lit and that the chef has prepared a perfect meal.

Entertaining Like a Pro

Where to begin:

  • Decide on date, send invitations, determine gift-wrapping needed, purchase thank you cards
  • Secure event coordinators for catering, menu ideas and cakes
  • Determine your party’s theme, décor, flowers and entertainment.
  • Consider something that will be memorable such as a belly dancing teacher, someone to do handwriting analysis or a martini menu and a martini bar
  • Secure hosting Services - to greet, do coat check, be wait staff, bartender, hostess, valet parking, security, offer and they can come professionally attired in black and white
  • Order rentals such as tables, chairs and linens
  • Get housekeeping to prepare the venue
  • Go shopping for food and/or alcohol

COORDINATORS - Parris Concierge’s team of associates have the experience and knowledge to help guide you in the decision making process for all of your events needs. From beginning to end, including those last minute errands, we will be there to help you plan and execute every moment of your affair.

INVITATIONS - As if a to do list isn’t enough, now you need to create an invitation list, invitations, and make sure they reach their intended parties. Parris Events can arrange all invitation services.

MENUS - Reflecting the occasion, our menus are tailored to your tastes and budget. We’ll consult with you to determine which innovative and contemporary ideas and traditional favorites you would like to make part of your event.

CATERER / CHEF - A special occasion deserves the fine touch of a caterer and or chef who will use the highest quality ingredients, to make your event delectable.

DÉCOR - The most important step in creating the right ambience for any party is the design and décor. Parris Events takes great pride in setting the stage for every event. From classic traditional to funky and fresh, our attention to every detail will exceed all of your expectations.

THEMES - Along with our exceptional décor and design, Parris Events can come up with a huge array of original and fun themes for your unique parties. You will want to create a theme for all of your special events!

FLORALS - Flowers are as much a part of the décor as linens and the venue you choose. Whether it be a corporate luncheon, a baby shower, or a Caribbean themed dinner party, we will help arrange for the perfect centre piece, bouquet, or accent creations to best suit your needs and desires.

MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT - Parris events has a vast network of musicians, entertainers, DJ’s and special effects coordinators to help you create the atmosphere you are looking for to bring to life your unique event.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND/OR VIDEOGRAPHY - We can offer you a large resource of photographers, and help you make your choice as to what your needs are for photography and videography.

WAIT STAFF / BARTENDER / HOSTESS - Our courteous, friendly staff are professionally dressed in black pants and a black shirt and will make sure the venue is left the way we found it. We will let you know if a special occasion permit is required if serving alcoholic beverages and can advise and assist in obtaining these permits. We can arrange both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, or should you prefer to look after the beverages yourself, we can assist you with your choices. Our bartenders are Smart Serve Certified.

SECURITY - Parris Events can arrange for security for any event.

RENTALS - If you need it, we can rent it. From traditional to contemporary, always of the highest quality, rentals may include cutlery, china, glassware, service equipment, linens, tables, chairs, coat racks, décor, barbeques, and anything else you may require.
